Second time here, both times had super friendly staff. Very clean, nice quiet spot!
The worst in hotel cleanliness. We had to change rooms twice. The first room did not have a working appliance, Second room had a bloody rag stuffed in the bed! Obviously no sheets were changed. The worst thing to find. Did not pay, but no credits were given.
Musty carpet smell. Avoid room 328. Woke up in the morning completely congested from the mold smell. We stay here every year. This time was very disappointing. Room smelled musty/moldy like the carpet had been wet and not properly dried. Staff treated with deoderizer, but didn't really help the problem. Hotel was sold out, so had no other options but to deal with the $230 smelly room.
