I have to come back and change my review. Bonnie Murray at Home 2 Suites is amazing. She rectified the situation/mishap with the table. She called and let me know where the misunderstanding came into play and replaced my table with no issues. Also called back to provided updates on delivery. We will continue to patronize them, at the Taylor, Mi location. Thank you so much!
Very friendly stuff and clean room
We only stayed here for one night passing through the area. The hotel looks very nice and updated upon entrance, and the location wasn’t far from the airport and had a ton of food options around. Unfortunately our room seemed to draw the short stick on house keeping. The floors had sticky stuff all over them in the kitchen area. The coffee mugs with the “clean” dishes were very obviously dirty. The shower floor was dingy and dirty as well.
