The fact that they left this lady Samantha by herself on a Friday to check in a whole family reunion plus other guest is crazy..she don’t know how to multitask. Nor did she try is crazy I been waiting over 20mins for her to add cups to the coffee station and add coffee to the coffee pot even when I waited in line for over 20mins
I usually don't write negative reviews. In fact, I often go out of my way to support great service by leaving 5-star reviews and simply ignore the bad ones. But this time, I felt compelled to share—especially after receiving a dismissive response from the hotel staff. One of the best Home2 suites we have stayed at. Ms Meli who coordinated breakfast every morning was truly a gem, always happy to serve and very helpful for our kids. Highly recommend this location and hope to be back.
