Today is my first visit here and my check in was at 3pm and it is now 4:pm and I’m writing this from the lobby. I was told the room needed inspecting. I arrived 15min after my check in and was told they needed 15 min for “inspection”. The lobby is clean and the girl at the desk seems nice but it is very unfortunate and unprofessional to not have any answers for us as we wait with all our belongings in the lobby. I have to come back and change my review. Bonnie Murray at Home 2 Suites is amazing. She rectified the situation/mishap with the table. She called and let me know where the misunderstanding came into play and replaced my table with no issues. Also called back to provided updates on delivery. We will continue to patronize them, at the Taylor, Mi location. Thank you so much!
