In the middle of the night, an intoxicated individual attempted to confront my family. Despite repeatedly asking him to stay away, he continued to approach us in an aggressive manner. I reported the incident to the hotel staff and property manager, but received no response or follow-up. I was traveling with children, which made the situation even more concerning. I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. When we first got to our room, the smell of bleach was overwhelming—so strong it was actually uncomfortable to be in the space for more than a few minutes. It honestly made it feel less “clean” and more like something was being covered up. The staff did move us to a different room (after lying about having any available rooms) after we complained. Friendly staff in all regards. Clean room, minus it didn't look like it's been swept after last person. Enjoyed our stay.
