Hotel is in a state of poor repair. AC did not work and was refused another room despite there being vacant rooms. I was told at 2 am I could be refunded my money and could pack up and leave to look for another hotel in a lightening storm. Paint is peeling, red stain in carpet🤢, window shade stained and overall just worn.
As a Hilton diamond member, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This place is an absolute dump. The entire hotel smelled like pot. The first room had a broken AC. The second room also had a broken AC. Read the reviews, the ACs do not get very cold. After he offered a third room I just left and went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn hands-down, the worst experience ever It appears lots of transient people stay there and just smoke pot in the rooms
Very good hotel. Clean, Safe and good place for families. Staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast is a nice, free parking and close to the airport, complimentary laundry ( you bring your own detergent). 30 min drive from Clearwater Beach.
