I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff for their incredible professionalism and warm hospitality. However, during my stay, I couldn't help but notice that the front desk team stand on their feet for their entire 8-hour shift without even a stool to rest on. Where do I begin!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Upon arrival the staff were unfriendly. They closed the breakfast area earlier than advertised and had attitudes. Walking into the room was a nightmare!!! The smell of mold penetrated our nose almost immediately and we were greeted by bed bugs! They didn’t offer no refunds because they needed an exterminator to confirm the bugs on the bed were in fact bed bugs. Miquela at the front desk was excellent. A-1 Service give this girl a raise, she had to deal with my bilingual hiccups and thrived with her service. Thank you will come back again.
