Our room was well appointed with lots of outlets and USB-A plug-ins. A bit noisy due to outside traffic, but our room came with earplugs! I had reservations and I'm an Honors member. I was not greeted as such by the front desk nor was I offered water as usual for members. I asked for water and received two bottles of water in a bag along with an apology. Not a very safe area, witnessed a fight with locals and loud music outside every night. Bed are uncomfortable, didn’t get any sleep plus a/c was very loud. My son slept on sofa and has bite marks all over his body ( bed bugs? ) , gross. TV didn’t work (Netflix, YouTube) only local channels. Very disappointed, didn’t expect these issues from Hilton family.
Ugh, I'm writing this at 3:30 AM. I woke up drenched in sweat. It's in the 80s tonight andin the 70s in my room, but my room smelled like mildew earlier. I told the maintenance guy, who came to fix the TV, but he acted like he didn't speak English. The internet is off and on due to lightning issues I was told by the front desk. I also had to call the front desk because the hot water wasn't working in my room. So, I had to take a cold shower. I've been here for two days, and it's been a mess both days. It was clean and comfortable. Nice front desk team. There was a problem connecting to the WIFI, but the issue was explained.
My family and I are coming for moffitt and the service has been great. It’s a great location to be near the facilities for Moffitt. My kids enjoy the breakfast and pool. My favorite has been Detreanna. She’s been phenomenal. I truly appreciate her hospitality.
