We stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown Kent. The stay was pretty perfect. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were exceptional. The front desk staff member on Saturday night went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. He boosted our visit from great to phenomenal. The shower was wonderful and the bathroom spotless. We truly enjoyed the patio- it was such a vibe! This hotel experience reminded us of why we choose the Hilton.
Worst home 2 suites we've stayed at and we stay at a bunch. They workers are ridiculous. They have been smoking weed in the parking lot the whole weekend. All the halls smell like weed from them. Talked to front desk and she didn't care cause im sure she was also out there doing it. Already called the local police and they are looking into it. I really hope this message reaches corporate! As we were leaving the girl from front desk walked to our car and made rude remarks to us.
