This hotel will be my new go to stop when visiting my in laws! That staff is helpful, the rooms are extremely clean and everything is in great condition.
Rooms were super nice and a added bonus was they offer kitchenette
I actually did not enjoy my stay. I stayed over 26 days and had the room cleaned twice! Yes 2 times and you had to physically go ask daily to have your room cleaned. I understand they are short staffed but it was ridiculous. I was also charged a pet fee because the front did not do their job during the check in. She claimed they had to do a deep cleaning of the room but I HIGHLY doubt that will be the case lol they barely cleaned the room when I was a guest. The walls are paper thin as well. I had an excellent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Stevens Point! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed (Shout out to my name twin Emma who really made my stay awesome!) The room was spacious and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed and a convenient kitchenette that made the stay even better.
