10/10 Stay Thanks to Amazing Service Came for a work event and had a great stay overall. When I got back late and found some hair on the bed (clearly from the dryer, not dirty), I hesitated to call—but I’m so glad I did. Dan from the front desk came up right away with fresh bedding and helped me remake the whole bed. He was kind, reassuring, and never made me feel like a burden. Truly above-and-beyond service. I felt seen, supported, and so grateful. This hotel is a 10/10 because of people like Dan!
Mehh for being brand new it's in decent shape of course. The rooms are all nice and the beds are comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful so i did appreciate that. But I'm here for work for a full week and the walls are so thin. Currently in my room i can hear music playing somewhere, someone hammering something, and the people next door talking and laughing.
