For family is a nice place
Very hard to give 1 star for Room Quality & Service. We were visiting St. Augustine with family during 4th of July and last minute plans. Found this hotel, thought it is backed by Hilton so must be good with good reviews but complete disappointment. The Bathroom door was broken and could not close. I asked front desk twice for maintenance but no one showed up. The bedsheets were tested up.
