The check in staff was super hateful. James treated my wife and I like we were idiots, and the other girl who checked us in couldn’t be bothered to remove her ear buds. She didn’t even point us to the elevators. Just let us look for them. Not to mention this is a birthday trip for my wife where they took her ID and could see her birthday, not that we expect anyone to say anything. But an ounce of kindness would have went a long way. The rooms are large and well maintained. The customer service is horrible. I casually stopped by to see if my room was ready early, fully prepared for that not to be the case, and the man working was very rude. James didn’t acknowledge me until I was directly in front of him and treated me like an idiot because I tried to check in before 3. I came back at 4 and both him and the woman working were rude. Great staff. Edith has it going keeping the breakfast and coffee full. Housekeeping daily.
From. November last year to now, this place has turned into an old run down place. Where's the upkeep? Didn't even offer water and I checked in as a Hilton Honors. Disappointed ☹️
