Excellent. Brand new rooms are smart well designed. Staff is friendly. Mark our evening check in was great. A little away from down town but amazing convenient location.

I am a recent college graduate, and this was my first travel experience on my own. During breakfast, as I bit into a hashbrown from the buffet, a metal bolt fell out. I was stunned and shocked, as you can imagine. While I did not take a picture, I immediately brought the bolt to the front desk staff, who expressed concern and assured me they would investigate and follow up. AC was so loud it was exactly like sleeping on a diesel truck engine. No way to turn off. Front desk said they couldn't move us and maintenance was out until Monday (we arrived Thursday). They sheepishly suggested we open the circuit breaker and cut power to the AC. They told us that a lot of guests complain about the AC/Heat.
