Overall Nice Hotel, But Disappointed with the Experience I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share both the positives and the negatives from my recent stay. First, the good: The hotel itself is beautiful—very clean, smells great, and located in a convenient area. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great rooms, staff, service. One of the best Hilton hotels I've stayed at in a while.
Front desk staff was rude & seemed not to care when request was made to switch rooms due to smoke smell in assigned room. Staff hung up when asked to change rooms. Great way to spend honeymoon night on our way to Florida!
