I would like to give Peggy, the late afternoon lobby personnel a shout-out. She was welcoming, informative, and just a delight. She is a great addition to your team. We also had an issue with our bathroom, and maintenance was sent up immediately. Would recommend this hotel to others.

We had 2 rooms and both had issues. My room had a STENCH that would not go away. Plus zero shampoo and conditioner in the bottles. Second room, one of the beds smelled disgusting as if it hadn’t been washed and the other bed reeked of chlorine.
