We stayed in this Home2 Suites for a total of 4 days. We try to use this hotel whenever possible, as we travel with a family of five. These rooms are typically longer and a bit more spacious for a large group. This particular hotel was popular for the football (soccer) tournament we were in town for. It is a bit worn and older, but a decent space. Be aware that it's definitely a good place for families with kids, and you will hear the kids. Room for nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating.
Staff at this hotel were genuine and very professional. We had an issue with our room and reservation. Peggy at the front desk took notes on my concerns, spoke with her managers and it was all taken care of. Peggy was so genuine and dedicated to our stay being stress free, I was blown away with her customer service. Kathleen the breakfast lady was warm and sunny every morning as she served the free breakfast. She always greeted us with a smile and was eager to help us in any way.
