Very unprofessional. I reserved a room with two beds on July 10. On July 18, I called to tell them that I could not check in until after 10. pm. Perla answered the phone and said she would make a note of it. When I arrived at 11:30 pm, Ms. Elizabeth gave me a one-bedroom. I told her that I had reserved a two-bedroom. She said she did not know what happened and that all she could do was give me a one-bedroom and switch me to a two-bedroom the next day. I told her that I needed a two-bedroom and I could not stay. Rented a room for one night. Got out of the pool to go shower and watch TV. The TV wasn't working called the service desk, and Paulina said that they couldn't get that TV to work. Unfortunately she couldn't do anything about it. So you knew the TV wasn't working and still proceeded to rent the room out. So now we are just here staring at the ceiling.. no manager on sight . Hopefully, we can get a refund. Paulina hung up on me! Lol.. awful service!! 0 stars! Everyone knows you need a working TV in a hotel room...
