Very clean and quiet place. The pool was clean and the happy hour is the best
Our experience was great the first night, the second night when we go into the pool we were playing volleyball and the volleyball went out of the pool and it hit a little kid but the kid didnt even flinch cry or anything we kindly apologized and tried moving further away, come to find out the mom of the child was the receptionist named Amanda and im assuming she was off the clock, she called the front desk and reported us just blantanly lying saying we had hit multiple people when it had just been the one incident, which i u... read more
Juan front desk clerk refused eye contact. Kept looking at his computer. I repeated myself more than 3 times. I had to raise my voice to demand eye contact. No manger on site, of course. Never coming back. Juan escalated the situation, all I wanted to do was pay cash for an item I got last night instead of letting it go on a card.
