Stayed here during the week. I usually don’t write reviews but the experience here made me write one. First when you walk in the front desk greets you with smiles🤩🤩, check in was smooth and also got upgraded. The river view was great! HK staff were always smiling and saying hello. Breakfast was busy, what can I say it’s spring break weekend.😅😅 The breakfast staff stayed on top of things, sometimes as travelers we don’t know the pressure we put on the staff durning busy times but this staff was amazing. Loved the down stairs restroom was convenient for us with kids.
Morayma made our stay great great. Very attentive and respectful.
