Mi fin de semana fue muy placentero la ubicación me encantó, no utilizamos nuestro carro porque todo está cerca la señora Martha la housekeeping extraordinaria muy amable estuvo pendiente que todo en nuestro cuarto estuviera al ella me dio mucha confianza el día que regrese pediré en el piso donde esté ella, el señor Carlos de la cocina también se portó muy amable y está muy atento de que nada falte en el desayuno, felicito al hotel por tener trabajadores como ellos, volveré muy pronto

My family and I checked into this hotel; we had booked for a room with a queen bed. When we arrived, we were barely greeted by the front desk, treated like a nuisance rather than a customer. Then upon entering the room, it was apparent that the bed in the room had a full sized mattress rather than a queen. A full size mattress is just not adequate to sleep two adults plus a toddler who reliably crawls into bed in the middle of the night, and I would’ve never booked a room with a smaller-than-queen bed.
