The staff here are absolutely some of the best I have ever had dealings with. Very friendly and always welcoming. The evening shift front desk clerk Daniel was extremely helpful and gave great option for dinning. Tommy at the valet desk was very welcoming and help in all our needs with getting and staging our vehicle for departure. This hotel will be on the top of my list when visiting San Antonio in the future.
No self parking. Everything is paid or valet. Valet is more expensive than across the street. Tiny pool that's only 3 ft deep. Hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast was good. Street side rooms are very loud. Couldn't get much sleep with the daily trash trucks coming though.
The room is on the street side VERY Noisy. Parking is $50 a day so be aware. There is an alternative at $34/day not much better. currently it sounds like there is a fight on the street below my room. It is on the river walk that is the only plus. Oh yes and the veiw is the lovey parking garage across the street
