Great hotel and great location, walking distance to everything. There’s an option for a Parking garage across the street that charges $35 for overnight/ but charges $17 everytime you take out your vehicle, so be careful.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby. Mishika (I know I misspelled her name,sorry) she was great when we checked in. Provided us with information on fun things to do and great places to eat. Would stay here again!
We were charged $300 for smoking in the room when we did not, did not light anything in the room. We had a lighter from smoking outside and when they serviced the room were told the room smelled like smoke which was impossible. We are not stupid and don’t think we can smoke in a room and it would not be detected. When we questioned the charge we were rudely asked to leave the hotel and the charge would stand.
