El hotel es hermoso, tranquilo y tiene excelente servicio
Hotel was close to everything on the riverwalk. Rooms was comfy. View from hotel was uck. When calling in getting service over the phone, receptions are rude. Very busy hotel. Breakfast is great.
I had such a great experience thanks to Kevin at the front desk! He was incredibly understanding, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he really cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. Kevin truly made my stay feel so much more welcoming and stress-free. Thank you again!!
I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Home2Suites by Hilton. This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room was infested with bed bugs, and my kids were bitten severely throughout the night. I contacted the hotel immediately, but they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. No one seemed concerned or willing to resolve the issue. This was an extremely upsetting and unacceptable situation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away.
