Jose was very helpful at the front desk! He answered the call and helped me make modifications to my reservation in just a few minutes! I really appreciate a knowledgeable front desk staff! Thank you :-)
Great location and clean rooms.
This place was great. I love the service and the front desk along with the service staff. Play Swiss fairly quiet and was in a great spot for my job site. I would have to say that I'm the only thing that will bother me was the fact that they did not have internet TV AKA Netflix, prime, Smart TV. Outside of that everything was perfect for this room and setup.
I really wanted to like this hotel as it had the amenities we needed but we had a couple of issues during our stay. 1. The shower did not work - and maintenance wasn’t available until the next day to fix it. They were completely booked so we were unable to switch rooms. 2. The bathroom door didn’t have a latch and would not stay closed, despite reporting it several times this was not resolved during our 2-day stay.
