The cleaning staff does minimal to clean your room. I have mine scheduled once a week and they won't vacuum the floof.
Hannah Hix is by far the best front desk manager I’ve ever experienced. She goes far above the norm to make sure the stay is comfortable
Was told my reservation was cancelled while I was on my way there. Got there and it wasn't. Hallway smelled of mold. Room is spacious but with lite trash from previous guests. TV remote didn't work. All in all probably wouldn't go back and am thinking of no longer being a Hilton honors member if this is what I get.
I stayed three nights with my dogs for a dog show with the American Dog Breeders Ass. The stay could not have been better ! The staff was fantastic ! The breakfast was great 👍
As a regular Hilton guest I expect better. The facility has good amenities and the evening front desk help was terrific, but breakfast was a disaster and there were many minor deficiencies. Problems with breakfast were there were no utensils -- eventually somebody found a drawer with a few forks but no knives; no fruit; no rolls, pastries or bagels (just slices of white bread); limited seating (options were sitting elbow to elbow with other guests or going outside).
