Room was clean and so was the breakfast buffet! What was really nice is the staff was awesome. I think her name was Marina, very attentive.
Violet was amazing! My son made them a friendship bracelet and later that day we opened our door to see some origami birds that violet made for him with a note saying thank you. Absolutely made my son’s day!
Pros: Quality Rooms, Breakfast, Gym, Pool, Parking, Responsive Service Cons: Outside doors don’t work with phone key, you can hear your neighbors, you won’t get good sleep due to noise. Throughout multiple stays the floors above me and rooms next to me were extremely loud. You could hear children screaming and stomping down the hallways alongside dogs barking. Neighbors would blast their TVs past 1 AM and have arguments, front desk was alerted but there’s only so much they can do if the guests don’t care or respect anything.... read more
