Amazing service!! The stay here was so nice! I had an emergency before my room was ready, and the front desk was nice enough to let me use the facilities before checking in after a long drive on the road. Room and bathroom were clean and they serve a good breakfast. Can’t ask for more than comfort and safety! That’s literally all I ask for. Will be coming back again for my next conference! I wasn’t able to stay with my colleagues, but maybe I got lucky with this hidden gem.
The rooms were nice and with good storage. The beds slept well. They had security at the door so I expect it was not the nicest area of town. I am not from the area so I do not know. I am a major coffee drinker and so is my family. The coffee was not drinkable the first day. We all said it tasted like soap may have been in the pot and it had grounds in it. If you’re able to book somewhere else, do so. This might have been one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had a Hilton. We were in Sacramento because unfortunately my grandfather died and we came in for the funeral services. Already a devastating time for us, it was made worse by our stay. To begin, when we arrived around 12:30am, we were stuck waiting outside for a half an hour for the clerk to come to the desk with our tired and now fussy baby. the person that checked me in BRIANA at the front desk was the most helpful person since I’ve came to cali SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! . so helpful and patient… hope this reaches managment well because you guys have an angel working for you.
Had to stay somewhere close to Sac state and this was perfect. Super clean and love how they take extra security measures in the doors at night. Would return.
