It has been great staying at home 2 suites. Staff has been very helpful and caring about our needs, also house keeping has everything to make your stay comfortable. I would always stay at a Hilton knowing that they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable .

I’ve stayed at countless hotels, but this Hilton property has managed to deliver two back-to-back disasters that convinced me never to return — and I’m warning others to think twice before booking here. Incident #1: The pillows in my room smelled so foul that the entire room was unbearable. I asked not one, not two, but three different staff members for replacement pillows or pillowcases, and none were provided. Eventually, I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately we had ti come to Sacramento for a funeral. Our family lives in Elk Grove, buy the services and festivities were in Sacramento. We found this to he a perfect location between everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The service was friendly. I often got texts asking of there was anything we needed. For a family of 4, we were able to spread out in the room which was phenomenal and the room literally is like a well furnished studio apartment!
