Having to be up at 4am for work almost every hotel I’ve ever been to has coffee that is HOT. This hotel either has a worker that doesn’t want to make it, and or doesn’t offer warm coffee in the morning. It’s ridiculous for the price I have to pay to stay here.
This hotel is on a good area but the service was terrible. We booked for a weekend sports tournament and there was no hot water all weekend and the staff didn’t even know how to work the bbq grill outside and couldn’t even answer questions.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but I am writing a review to compliment Carmen who provided us with exceptional service. We were in town for a funeral and we greatly appreciated how well Carmen treated us. We will need to travel back to the area and will be back because of her outstanding service.
