Being familiar with the area, my family and I had always seen this location and finally decided to give it a try. Being that we have small children, we always call ahead to inquire about the pool. We were told that this hotel does not offer a hot tub, but that that shouldn't be an issue as "our pool is like bathtub water". I stayed here for a week for work. It was hands down the best stay I've ever had at any hotel! Alece was the sweetest, nicest and most professional young lady! Always so helpful and pleasant. I was in line at the front counter when some horrible "Karen" complained to her about not getting cleaning service after her 1st night's stay. She was so awful and rude to Alece and Alece took it like a champ. She was calm, professional and empathetic. "Karen" was demanding her $200 room rate be refunded to her immediately. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and the water was freezing. We checked out a day earlier because we saw some graffiti around the area that was hateful and just general off feeling. The property REFUSED to refund us the money for the night we didn’t use. Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else.
