I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding several troubling incidents that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel with my daughter and her father. From the outset of our visit, we were subjected to what we perceived as targeted scrutiny and unfair treatment by a front desk employee named Yvonne. I had to a last minute check in, because of a storm. Melanie, at the front desk, was GREAT!!! She was awesome! The whole stay was wonderful, and I will be back!
I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this hotel is at the top of my list. The GM and front desk staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious. You can tell the owners took great care in constructing this property. It's beautifully laid out. My favorite part about the property is how well upkept and clean everything is. The bathroom and overnight room still looked brand new. Don't hesitate to use this property for your personal or business travels. I'll be back.
