Beautiful new hotel with great rooms and service located next to a bustling business/restaurant area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Their outdoor amenities and pool area were also very nice.
Great Stay – Just One Small Concern We stayed at this hotel twice in the same week. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also great and convenient. The only issue we had was with the pool—it wasn’t clean, so we decided not to use it. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
Hotel was nice enough, but when you arrive at 10 pm to get some rest and it's 95 degrees outside and your room's thermostat is set to 75, can't help but think "these guys are cheap". Took 3 hours to cool the room down, and with two kids along for the ride, just makes the experience...not Hilton. Definitely not living up to the Hilton Brand. I'd called earlier in the day to see if I could change my reservation to a different Hilton further along in my trip. We really enjoyed this hotel! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, and beds comfy!
I was told when I made my reservation that there was a full kitchen. After checking in and going to my room I found out there was no full kitchen. I was in town for my grandson's graduation and Open House. I was supposed to prepare macaroni and cheese which he had requested. Needless to say I was unable to fulfill my grandson's request. That was very disappointing to me. Because I could've made reservations somewhere else had I known they didn't have the amenities I needed.
