Clean, friendly, outstanding rooms. I cannot recommend more. One of the very best hotels in the area. Close to everything you may need.
Its a lot of people using emergency exits coming and going as they please, letting all types of people in … big safety issue. Someone made a noise complaint about my son’s breathing machine like how disrespectful. I feel like I have been scammed. When I arrived my room was hot. I know most hotel rooms don’t get too hot or cold but to be blowing out only cold air & no heat Jan. 17th is crazy is it not winter ? This new location in Reynoldsburg Ohio was awesome. It's right beside all the major stores and plenty restaurants. I checked in to this same hotel as my friends surprise her and familyover the holidays. The fitness center and laundry room was perfect especially when traveling away from home. We both had the suites, which gave more room and a kitchen area. Hilton for the win. The breakfast bar was a hit. Thank you Hilton for being part of a great holiday surprise.
Candace was incredible to our entire family during our 2 week stay there. Helped out above and beyond when getting things situated for our 9 month old. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff are thorough and friendly and friendly! Breakfast was consistently good and we enjoyed the pool. Great location!!
