As a longtime Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was extremely disappointed by the complete lack of recognition and appreciation for our loyalty during this stay. We practically had to beg for complimentary bottled water, something that should be a basic courtesy for Diamond members. Despite multiple rooms being available, we were not offered an upgrade or even given the impression that our Diamond status mattered. I stayed at this hotel in early August. When I went to pay my credit card bill, I noticed an extra charge. I called the hotel, and they told me a blanket was missing from the room where I had stayed. I called three times and spoke to different people, but they refuse to refund the money they took from me, even though I never took that blanket.
