I've booked a 2 queen room, but on my day of arrival at midnight, I was told, there is non and instead I got offered the king bad room. It's not like I had any options at this point, and I was told I would get a discount, but that didn't happen when I got the receipt. What Im supposed to do at midnight with 2 kids. My friend came later the same night, but he got offered 2 connected king rooms at the same price he booked one room with 2 queens. Avoid room 105. It's the designated dog piss room. Every corner of the living room foot rest has dog piss stains on it.

Room is a good size. I thought I purchased a suite, but it isn't. Not that big of a deal. Charged a deposit to my card, but refused to give a receipt showing that charge. Corporate should rectify that. Location only received 3 stars due to a lack of eating options in walking distance. Area is quiet. There is one restaurant within walking distance.

All Staff Members were very Professional and Friendly. I just made my 7th move in 2 months for work and my Mom passed away . I Met a concierge Ashley, I felt like Wow God just sent me an Angel. I didn’t tell her about my Mom and new job difficulties and family problems. But Ashley treated me like a Best friend who just Arrived. She brought me Comfort,Respect, Relaxation ,Peace and Comfort . I wish she could be at all my stays, What A Professional Asset to Everyone. Thank You Ashley for adding a Smile on my Face
