I had a great 2 week stay at Home2Suites! The kitchen was well pointed and the room was spacious. Hot plate and grill access were perfect additions- made cooking a breeze! Air conditioning was quiet yet efficient, water pressure was decent, and there was plenty of storage! The counter staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help with any needs or requests. Free access to Watiki Water Park for every stay! LOCATION is very convenient / close to restaurants as well. Staff are very friendly too. It was an amazing stay. Perfect for families -we travelled with family of 6. Thank you!
Nice hotel; however, they use super chemicals to clean and the smell is so strong and terrible for health.
Ultimately we had a place to stay so they get two stores. The water coming out of the sinks and shower is scalding hot on hot and the cold is very warm. There's no way to get cold drinkable water without buying it for $2 at the front desk. When I asked at the front desk I was told they do that intentionally because it gets so cold in the winter. I'm from Minnesota and call BS on that. We have far worse winters and have cold water! They also told me the water isn't drinkable because of the heavy metals in it. When I asked abo... read more
