Hotel was conveniently located and room was large and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Shower had good water pressure. Glad to see recycling available in rooms and in the hallways. Enjoyed weekday happy hour and the cookies. Didn't care for the bathroom door, which was a slider that left a gap where you could hear everything going on in there, and the towels were thin and flimsy.

Room was very clean, bed a bit uncomfortable, but better than some other hotels. Room was large and clean, I did hate the bathroom doors being a barn style door. There is a crack where you can easily see inside and it doesn’t lock. Staff was very accommodating and the location is great being so close to the horse complex.

Bed bugs during my stay. Contacted the front desk and they offered to move me rooms after saying “I am not sure how to handle this I need to call my manager.” I decided to move hotels because if there are bed bugs in one room chances are they are all over! No manager call or contact. Was on a business trip and still waiting for a refund. That’s the least they can do. Terrible customer service!
