Very disappointing experience, especially for anyone traveling for work. We were here on a business trip with 3 people and 3 separate rooms. Everything started off great. An employee even encouraged us to continue staying here, explaining that they could offer us better rates and more flexibility because we were traveling for business. Extremely Disappointed by the Lack of Hospitality... I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years. I understand hotel policies, including breakfast hours, and I do not expect special rules simply because of my status. However, I do expect basic hospitality, professionalism, and reasonable judgment. After breakfast had ended, I asked for one small bottle of milk that had been part of the complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious. AC can be really loud, and woke me up a couple times at night. Front desk service was nice and polite, except for Mike, who gave me a hard time checking in.
Served purpose for quick getaway!! Chose this hotel for location to Throwdown event @Triangle Town Center. Literally a 5 minute walk!! Checkin was fast easy and efficient. Breakfast was typical. Would stay again when in the area.
Rooms are cleaning. The service is good. I would recommend that I would stay here again
