My husband and I worked with Maegan to book our wedding block at Home2Suites and we can’t say enough good things about Maegan or the hotel. Maegen was super nice and helpful and so was the rest of the staff! The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, is in a great location and is dog friendly! No issues at all with our room or any guests room in our block throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever we are in the area!
My family has stayed in several Home2 Suites, and unfortunately this one was the most dirty. Common areas (including pool and lobby) were clean, but the room was dirty (sock on floor, hair in bathroom, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or more). We informed the front desk upon our arrival that the room needed attention, but they told us the cleaning staff had already left for the day. Cleaning staff here needs better management.
I have stayed at the majority of Hilton properties in this area during the summer and this Home2Suites is extremely good. It is 20 minutes from Saratoga and there are an abundance of stores, eating options, gas stations, etc near the hotel. The entire staff is friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only recommendation I have is a new mattress in room 202 & and new pillows & sheets/ comforter. They seemed quite worn. The mattress had been well broken.
