WARNING: Active bed bug infestation! Do not stay here. We are still dealing with the nightmare of bringing them home. Management is highly dishonest—they gave us a partial refund for the bugs but then falsely charged us for a broken lamp. (Joke's on them, we took checkout videos proving the room was intact). Abraham the GM is a scammer, and Jana makes empty promises she never keeps. Unbelievable that this place is still open. Stay away!
DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel has a severe bed bug infestation. We had to deal with them during our stay and are unfortunately still dealing with the aftermath at home. While they did refund us for one room, they turned around and fraudulently charged us for a "broken lamp." I am writing to formally log the worst hotel experience my group has ever encountered. During our stay, which impacted eight guests across multiple rooms, we discovered active bed bug infestations. Despite providing immediate notification, management has refused a full refund, granting a credit for only one room. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. BED BUGS!!!! IN MULTIPLE ROOMS. The management will not refund you and Hilton corporate says that beg bug cases are handled by the individual hotel. So essentially they are allowed to just lie about their findings and do as they please. 8 people worth of laundry, drying, and deep disinfecting of our luggage as well as detailing of our cars.
