We walked in and they tried to charge 395 w pet deposit
Rooms are clean staff is good. But who thought this was a good idea in a double bedroom to install a sliding door for the bathroom with a gap left open so you can see inside to the shower also with no locking mechanism
Very comfortable beds and clean
The shower floor was slimy. There was a dead bird laying at front entrance. The hotel was covered in sand for 2 days. The toilet did not work when front desk was notified they just shrugged it off. Had to check out early because of it. The pool was closed and nothing was posted about it online before making a reservation and cancelations are not allowed. This is not what I expected out of a hilton I would have been better getting a best western. Especially for over $250 for one night this is unacceptable.
