Breakfast was awful. Continental breakfast is hard to mess up, but they did. Plates were wet, hair on food, limited selection of stale items. The location is good as it’s centrally located off the parkway. The rooms were large and slept 6. The employees didn’t speak English. We texted the front desk twice and never received a response until check out when they texted a survey. I pointed out the wet plates. The worst experience l've ever had at a hotel, I never leave reviews but l'm definitely looking farther into this one. We arrived around midnight and I called before we got there and booked over the phone. We had a confirmation code and all the receipts, upon arrival they told me I hadn't booked a room. I fought back and forth and they proceeded to tell me I couldn't get a refund and couldn't get a room either. Beautiful hotel views. Prime location. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options.
