Now Mr. Owner, if you wanna be fair you called them liars, you were wrong and I would have defended myself against that allegation also. I never leave reviews, but this situation angered me so badly. I went down for breakfast just past 10am and missed out on food, my own fault not mad. I did witness a couple, one of whom was clearly an Iraqi War Veteran, get treated so foul by the employee who identified himself as the manager (I thought Lenard or something similar) though. We have been diamond members for many years averaging 80 stays at Hilton properties yearly. This is absolutely the worst experience we ever encountered, if I could rate a zero I certainly would. We booked 3 nights at this hotel and later found out we were gonna be able to stay more days in the area. We called the hotel to confirm if we added 3 additional days that they could combine the stay and we would be able to stay in the same room with no issues. Breakfast was awful. Continental breakfast is hard to mess up, but they did. Plates were wet, hair on food, limited selection of stale items. The location is good as it’s centrally located off the parkway. The rooms were large and slept 6. The employees didn’t speak English. We texted the front desk twice and never received a response until check out when they texted a survey. I pointed out the wet plates.
