I've stayed here a few times , rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good and consistent.
Home2 Suites have been our Go-to for vacations lately
Very disappointed in our stay here at this Hilton in Pigeon Forge. Some of the issues we had: 1. Fridge smelled really bad. They came and cleaned it…still bad…they eventually came and replaced the fridge. 2. One of the beds was SUPER squeaky and busted. Everytime someone would move it would make noise all night. They looked at it, then never came back to fix it. 3. We ordered extra towels and bedding. Room service took it and didn’t replace it. 4. A/C made noise and would sometimes not run when it needs to.
