Been to a lot of hotels, had to go out of my way to write a review while at my stay. Josh has been a very lovely concierge and super accommodating. Very pleased to have him assist us with our stay. Hes very hard working.
Was only there for 5 hours, but it was the best 5 hours rest I have had in a long time. Bed was very comfortable.
We traveled here for a soccer tournament and stayed as a big group. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and you can tell they go out of their way to help their guests. A special thanks to Josh at the check in desk. He was so helpful and professional. The pool area was great, very family friendly. Lots of free parking at the hotel, very close to so many amenities and restaurants.
We had a great stay at Home2 Suites Happy Valley. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. We really appreciated having the refrigerator, microwave, and sink, which made the stay a lot more convenient. The layout was well thought out, with plenty of space to spread out and keep everything organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall property felt clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The only small downside was the breakfast. This was a very nice hotel however, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was empty, and un refilled with additional fresh food. There were spills and staff did not clean up nor did they check. I was completely dismayed when people were trampling over one another to get the last crum in a dirty filthy floor. I approached the clerk at the counter and asked to clean up. She did sweep around the area and when asked about refills she said that they may be putting something out since it was well before 10:00 am cut off time.... read more
