Poor location which is about 20 minutes from I-10. Indifferent customer service. Poor breakfast. No paper towels available. Minimum level of customer service. Marginal work out facilities with broken equipment. Finally, no point in complaining as the front desk clerk has no authority, and the manager doesn’t arrive until later in the morning.

Worst pillows ever and dusty smelling bedding. Furniture in rooms has stains & torn arm rests. Cracked, peeling caulking in bathrooms. Time for some attention to detail. Good breakfast and great location. I stayed here because Homewood Suites was declining, but next time going back to Homewood.
