Pretty good hotel. Rooms were clean but certain items looked a bit rougher up. Front desk service was mundane but the cleaning staff were pleasant.

I’m not sure how this location received such great reviews because we have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay in all our travels. From the moment we checked in, the young man has zero customer service skills. We were not greeted upon our arrival. We were not given directions where to go to get to our rooms. Our daughter and her family’s room (222) smelled like wet dog. The breakfast was absolutely horrible (pictured below). The round meat patty was petrified. The coffee tasted like soap. Do not stay here if you are expecting privacy while using the restroom if you have more than one person in the 1 bedroom suite, which allegedly sleeps 4. There is a very obscene 2 inch gap on the sliding barn door in the bedroom. Bathroom is accessed from both the kitchen area and bedroom. If someone is laying in the bed, they are able to see right in to the bathroom and even the toilet. I have sent photos to Hilton Customer Service and filed a report. Walked into a dark room. Could not get the light to come on. Found out you have to use your card key to turn on power even though the light by the bed works. Phone had no dial tone. Bathroom light auto detection did not work well. Front desk rep never told me about the card key and didn't offer to fix the phone. The room was clean and hotel close to the airport.
