The room was dirty when we checked in, bed was not made, trash cans not taken out and dirty dishes in the sink
After driving 24 hours to make it to my grandson's baseball world series, they couldn't give us a room until the 3 pm check in time, I hope, because we are waiting in the lobby at 2:35 and still can't get a room. Activities for my grandson start at 3 pm and all we want is a room where we can shower to make it to the park in time. Apparently they don't care and will have to wait until they want to let us have the room. Never again will I use this hotel.
Clean and comfortable
I stayed here about a month and a half. Nice little place. The management is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Housekeeping is thorough and regular. If I had to complain about something I'd say that the breakfast options could be better but I honestly skipped it most days. It's right off I-95 as well.
