This motel is new and it's pretty nice. However we had several issues and all I was told was the front desk clerk is new. No real help even at check out nothing was done. I did the review they sent my email asking to be notified still have heard nothing. At this point being new and nice is just not enough. How very disappointing in a Hilton.
Hotel is only a year old and very clean. The best part was the evening clerk, Carla. It's very nice to be welcomed after a day of work or after dinner. She also gave us great dinner recommendations! Thanks, Carla.
My stay was great. The rooms were clean and big. The breakfast was good but the absolute best thing about the hotel was the staff!! They were amazing especially Carla!! Carla was friendly, helpful and engaged with every customer in such a positive way!! She is the BEST!!!
Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to myself and my partner when we walked in. We (and by extent another family) ended up with the wrong room. Still a nice one, but not what we had originally wanted. Overall just a huge lack of attention on the part of the staff that sort of ruined the whole ordeal
