This maintenance person very rude very disrespectful 08 09 2025 5:20 p.m. we're having a birthday party for my niece and we forgot plates for the birthday cake. the front desk she said okay but this guy has such a problem with it he refused to give us plates and argued with us told us they're locked up and won't give us any plates . but we end up finding the plates anyways because of the other desk associate. Not clean and tight as the other home 2 suites we stayed. They have different rules, unlike the rest. You cannot go straight to your room even your app says so. Your digital key won't get activated even you have already checked-in in your Hilton app. The hotel still wants you to check in at the front desk which is a hassle after a long tiring drive.
