Careful with this place. Lots of unethical and very unprofessional staff. We have a balcony on ocean. Received a text from our credit card company they charged $500 stating someone smelled smoke outside in balcony. Nobody smokes here. Asked manager Rosaline to send pics or something proving that someone was smoking and can’t provide says not required to prove. Only thing can provide me throwing garbage away on the floor we share with 30 other rooms. I always throw garbage out hate the smell of food. Really. She was rude lots... read more
Staff was super professional. Room was clean and NO MOLD. Entire property is well maintained. And it’s directly on the beach for a morning walk.
Front desk not very welcoming, nor friendly. Kitchen staff, during breakfast, amazing; super kind and helpful! Breakfast was very good. Snacks for purchase at front desk, over priced, including a small bottle of water for $7. Make sure you look at hidden fees, as they charge you for parking, $15 - per night. They also include; regular tax, county tax, state tax, and Sundry tax -fee. They expect you to see these, and will not inform you over the phone when making reservations.
Amazing place. Amazing view of the beach. Amazing staff. One of the best places I have stayed at.
