My family had the most amazing 4-night stay at this hotel! Everything about our visit exceeded expectations. The beach access, beautifully maintained pool area, and complimentary breakfast options were all fantastic. Every staff member we encountered — from the front desk to maintenance and the breakfast service team — was friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. Just stayed 2 nights with family it was the best! We were greeted with the nicest lady and told all about what to expect about our stay. All the employees were helpful with our needs.

The few times I've stayed here, it was amazing! This weekend, I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There was also a water leak. I don't know if it was the AC unit or the refrigerator. The toaster was broken, which is something that could have been replaced before I checked in. It is a smoke-free hotel, but there was a burn mark on the balcony table. I am a long-time Hilton Honors Member. When I booked my one-night stay, I indicated I would be bringing a service dog. I called the hotel to confirm their policy regarding my mental disability and was told there would be no charge. At check-in, I signed a disability confirmation form and asked if they needed my service dog paperwork. The clerk said no and assured me there was no charge.
