The bed was hard. They offered to put a pad on top of the mattress but never showed up. Air-conditioning didn't work (kept reverting to preset temp of 74). Maintenance shut down the thermostat and ran the unit separate but still didn't cool like it should). When requesting late check-out, Brittany at the front desk was very rude and wouldn't accommodate our request. There are so many places to stay, that we will easily skip this place and stay elsewhere next time we are in town.

I cannot begin to thank the team at Home2Suites enough for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and assistance over the past 2 weeks. My family and I have had a need for rooms on the spot with little notice, and I have never once had anything but the most welcoming and professional experience having needed a room 6-8 nights. Brittany and Kristy are my MVP’s. Every time I needed something they were friendly, capable, and engaged in my needs. Stayed here with my sisters and the rooms are very spacious and the balcony is beautiful. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff is friendly. However the abandoned property next door kind of takes away from The view
