This is our second time staying at this hotel. Everyone was very polite and courteous. I must say that Daniella is exceptional. Her positive attitude should be recognized. She was working in the breakfast area. She was in constant motion keeping the area clean and the food full. Would definitely stay here again.
Used BOOKING.com to book hotel room. Booking.com sent my confirmation with the wrong dates so i called the hotel right away because you cant get a hold of Booking.com. Hotel told me they cant refund thats its Booking.com Booking.com said its the hotel to refund me. Beware how you book. Im out 281.00 for their error. BUNCH OF THEIVES Hotel shouldn't do this kind of business with a company.
Great breakfast and excellent service! Daniela went above and beyond—when they ran out of yogurt at the front, she personally went to the back to get more and ask us if we need it anything else. Really appreciated the extra effort!

See photo of shower when I checked in some type of growth running out of shower. Cleaning staff does what they feel like. I asked to have my room refreshed daily. They will make the bed when they feel like it. when they empty the trash they put a new bag over the corner of the can for the customer to fit in the can? Been in room a week and breakfast has not been ready 2 times and they advertized 6am. When I asked the staff at the desk he said its only 06:03?
