Really terrible staying and experience, first time staying on this hotel and the last one, front desk staff was really unprofessional looks like they don’t enjoy what they do, Front Desk manager does not care about the issues that the guest have, staff should get more training about customer service that way they can provide to the guest a better treatment, really poor professionalism, not the right place to stay for work/business purposes either family, they don’t know how to deliver a good service that way you can come bac... read more

Great hotel! The bar had great options for drinks and food. Ask for Victoria, she was such an awesome bartender, super friendly and made us feel right at home!! Only thing we didn’t like was that the pool is a jacuzzi and it’s so freaking hot. Everything else including breakfast was great!
For years I’ve exclusively stayed at Home 2 Suites when I travel with my kids. This was by far THE WORST experience and even as a Hilton Rewards member the staff was rude and unaccommodating. I booked direct by phone with a representative since I only needed to stay one night in Orlando, I priced between this location and the one by the airport not one person after three different phone calls ever mention that they charge $41 in addition to your room stay to park so I paid $178 for the night and they wanted an additional $41... read more
