We left 2 clothing items behind. My stepson called 48 hours after checking out and they said they didn't find them. So I called and spoke to the front desk manager and told her that someone had to have found the items. She became extremely argumentative, saying her employees dont steal and they had a process whereby the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms and left all drawers open. The staff here was the best!!! Our vacation had a few hiccups and they were so sympathetic and helpful in any way they could be. Our room was good...had all room and necessities that we needed, whether we stayed in for the day or were out enjoying Orlando. We did not use the shuttle but that was an important feature if you plan to not rent a car and plan on visiting the theme parks.
