I really want to recognize George, the driver at Home2 Suites in Orlando. I was dealing with a problem, and George went completely above and beyond to help me get it resolved. I DON'T THINK THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT STAFF OR GUESTS.... Last week I was in the lobby. There we many people in the lobby interviewing for open positions. I was told by staff that the hotel went through a walk out situation and they lost several people. That sort of information coming from staff is concerning.

I want to recognize George, the shuttle driver at Home2 Suites Orlando International Airport, for outstanding service. After I accidentally left my phone on the shuttle, he immediately located it, coordinated with the front desk, and arranged a quick meet‑up near the airport.
