03/11/2026 Woman working at the front counter seemed disrespectful and argumentative. Did not seem like she wanted to help me. She did seem to become a bit more professional toward the latter part of the conversation, but I doubt I will ever stay there again unless I absolutely have to because of this encounter. My room (#209) had bugs in it. Some were already dead, but at least one was alive (possibly more). Our experience here was a very positive one. Our room was very clean and cozy. They have a couple outdoor patios that are great for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Breakfast was nice. The location of this specific hotel is extremely close to tons of restaurants, stores, and the interstate. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip back from Fl.
