We have been staying here for awhile as we had an emergency with the home we were in and the lady at the front desk, Meghen, has been working with us here has been nothing but amazing to my family. We were staying somewhere else prior to here and the difference in how we have been treated is just phenomenal. This has been a very hard situation for my husband and I and our kids and I can’t thank Meghen enough for her hospitality, kindness, how helpful she has been and how understanding she has been. Our entire trip has been wonderful and very much helped by the front counter person Meghan. A great place to stay. The entire staff is very helpful.
Home2 Suites by Hilton was a perfect location for our short stay. All located only blocks away from restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Rachel checked us in and she was the most polite, friendly and accommodating!
Stacy-customer relations manager was less than friendly. Digital key didnt work. Room smelled like mold/musty. I thought it might have something to do with the loss of power for 30-40 hours (not sure time frame because every time I heard someone talk about it the time was different). So I let the front desk now. They offered to move me at around 8p-9p. I was physically I'll and could not even get out of the bed let alone pack up my stuff. Great hotel with great staff. Meghen and Rachel were especially helpful- they both deserve raises. Great location with lots of great food and shopping nearby. Spacious rooms with full kitchenettes. Will definitely be back again next time!
