I stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was super easy with the app. Room was clean & had everything I needed. Breakfast was decent. My only complaint was how loud the heating & cooling unit was in room 325. It definitely needs to be repaired. It was impossible to sleep while it was running.
We stayed at Home2Suites last night (March 27th) and arrived about 4pm. I wish I would have grabbed the gals name that was working because she was absolutely nothing but amazing. When we arrived she instantly greeted us with a warm welcome. I had a bag for my 3 year old who was having surgery today, so she asked if we were here for a birthday. Home2 has what I expect from a Hilton. Clean, well-kept rooms and friendly staff.
Was not a good experience at all. Worse service ever! First, we called to see if we could get a room on Thursday (we were booked for Friday and Saturday nights) but decided to meet a day sooner to see family.It was a mess for sure trying to get a reservation by actually talking to the propertys front desk. Front desk staff blamed the confusion on Hotels.com. But we were actually talking to check in staff, so we knew they were lying to us!! I booked 2 rooms using the 1-800 number and when I got to the Hotel we had issues getting the rooms. Shane Walker who was working at the front desk was absolutely amazing at helping us get the issues resolved. I had called the office and talked with Stacy Hogner who also helped make the situation better. These 2 employees are the reason I will continue to use this Hilton Hotel and recommend them to others as well. Thank you for all your help.
