In our room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt we were sleeping on a concrete box spring.
We recently stayed at Home2 and had a few issues but the staff was amazing in ensuring they got resolved. Never met more friendly staff than Titus and Rachel! They deserve a raise for the top tier customer service and satisfaction they provided to our whole team as we were there for a volleyball tournament. Smooth check in and check out process!
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially racheal she was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs were met. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and dining options.
This was a great little hotel! My girlfriend and I joked with each other about how if we were single we could live out of the little Queen Studio that we stayed in. They had everything we needed to feel the comforts of home. The furniture, for instance the couch, was very high quality. The bed, however seemed a bit small for a queen size bed. The front desk was extremely helpful with a situation I asked about. The pricing was incredible. Very modern and clean. It was quiet too which was nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
