If you have other options I would strongly recommend to find a different hotel than this particular location. My boyfriend and I booked our king suite through a third party site a week in advance. Checking in was not seamless in the slightest for the family ahead of us, nor for ourselves, as it took approximately 15 minutes to sort through both our parties reservations. This brand has become our go to place to stay with Hilton. This particular hotel was below the Hilton standards. It looked nice like it was the standard Hilton quality hotel. The sink in the kitchenette of our room drained into a trash can under the sink. The dishwasher drain was placed over the same trash can, which could have caused major issues. We're told after being there a few days that rooms are only serviced by maids every 4 days. Our 84 yr old mother had to change the bedding. Rooms were clean. No ice in the ice machine the entire 6 days. Convenient location and parking. Staff was polite.
Filthy all around. Random dripping liquid splash over the bed. Dust on all the room trim. Toilet seat is so lose it nearly falls off. Kitchen facet barely makes it over the counter into the sink (who built this place?!). You can tell the lobby hasn’t been properly vacuumed in weeks. Parking was full by 10pm. Had to park 3 blocks away and then there was only stairs into the lobby. Pro tip: Don’t select a room on the north side of the hotel along Dodge street. The traffic will keep you awake all night.
We had some amazing help from Tiffany at the front desk getting us out of a weird situation with a terrible Air BNB. She was very helpful answering all of our questions and getting us set up with a room. Thank you so much!
