My only complaint would be the rooms/cleanliness and decor - we were on 3rd floor and the color of the hallways was a very saturated coral. There were some stains on the wallpaper and pieces of trim missing in the bathroom. But, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
A barn door with no lock for the bathroom?! The designer must not have kids.
For years, I have consistently chosen Only These hotels for my travels, and they have never failed to provide exceptional, spacious accommodations and delicious food. Unfortunately, the room I am currently occupying, while large, has a strong, unpleasant odor similar to foot odor. Since we only required a room for the night, I did not bother to request a change.
