Maria in particular provides excellent customer service. On check in, the original room had maintenance issues that no one had reported previously. Maria found me another suitable room. She also promptly sent to management the photos I took of the maintenance issue.
Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. Getting to it is confusing as heck, but maybe that's just me.
