This has truly been the experience of a lifetime. I have traveled the world and stay in hotels in many different states and countries. From the general management to the housekeeping crews, I was taken care of and received better service than I have previously received. Thank you to awesome management and crew for everything they have done during my stay in Oklahoma City.
Looks good at first glance, but not quite it. The pool was okay. The room was pretty on the surface, but light bulbs were burned out, the chair was falling apart, and the door and doorway were messed up. It looked like someone broke into it. I am adding photos where you can see the area around the elevators through the hole and you can even see the black sign on the wall from room side of the closed door. Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt von insgesamt 4 Tagen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage, die gute Anbindung sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Checked in and they gave me a room that was not clean and looked like someone recently checked out of it. Then when they gave me my new room they never gave me complimentary water as being a rewards member and their cleaning stuff banged on my door way ahead of checkout time to clean my room. Not going back here
