Home2 Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport charged me three times for the same stay and nobody will fix it. I was charged once when I booked, then again when I checked out. I called the hotel to report the double charge and was told a refund would be issued. A refund did come through, but at the same time they charged me a third time, so I still ended up overcharged. This location is in a happy medium from plenty of access to food & personally for my worksite. The beds are clean & comfortable, plenty of kitchenette space & ample amount of fridge room. The counters & desk area have plenty of space as well as the closet are. The bathroom is clean & hotel staff keep it well stocked & very clean! The water pressure & temperature is amazing!! I recommend for an extended stay!
Great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. The manager Jennifer was wonderful in assisting with a couple of requests, was always friendly and courteous while going the extra mile. I'll stay here again! Thank you all!
I loved it from the moment I stepped in the establishment. Friendly, professional and genuine, was what I was met with the general manager: Shawn, was so skilled with her listening , she was accommodating and authentic and showed concern and offered reassurance that this is my home away from home! I recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for traveling professionals! Come and settle into reasonably priced accommodations. Welcome Home
