1st when I booked through booking.com it said I could pay through the app or onsite, and I chose onsite. When we arrived I confirmed with the front desk associate that I could pay cash when I checked out she said yes. Now she wasn't mean or rude, but she wasn't the person I would want greeting new stays at my hotel either. 2nd, I know this has nothing to do with the hotel necessarily however it was part of the experience. Garbage hotel with garbage staff that throw away/steal things you leave in your room, employees that hang up on you when you call to have those things returned, and garbage management that never calls you back when you try to leave a complaint. Avoid at all costs unless indifference and mediocrity are what you're looking for.
Rooms were clean, staff was nice, but something about this hotel had weird vibes. My husband and I couldn't really place it, but we both just felt like something was.... Off.... here. There were a bunch of men just kind of hanging out everywhere - inside and outside - in groups and also by themselves and I don't know, dude. Very clean and quiet room. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores not too far.
Nice rooms and the staff is very helpful and responsive!
