This place always a seems to come up with a new “policy” to make my stay a horrible one. We are forced out of our home due to a plumbing issues caused by the city. Our insurance company refuses to let us stay anywhere but here. Despite me pleading to pick a different hotel. I always have issues with this place and this stay is no different. It is me and my four kids, we need some extra pillows since we have so many people. The lady at the desk told me that it is their “policy” to not allow people xtra pillows in a room. This is probably by far the best hotel I have ever been to in my 40 years of living the room was absolutely amazing it was clean the staff is friendly knowledgeable and very helpful we will be back for our annual anniversary trip
