Exceptional views and location, the most friendly staff you'll find almost anywhere. Super clean rooms. This is a must stay place if you find yourself in Ocean City.

We stayed here as a party of 7 and found bedbugs in our room. We brought one down to the front desk in a cup, and they still told us there was nothing they could do until the morning. They offered to move us to another room, which we refused because the hotel was clearly infested. When we asked for a refund, we were denied and instead told we could SLEEP IN THE LOBBY if we didn’t want to stay in the room. Staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were lying despite proof. 0/10 – Absolutely Disgusting & Unacceptable This was hands down one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Around 10 PM, while we were sitting on the bed, I watched a bed bug literally climbing on the bed. Not imagining it. Not a maybe. A BED BUG. After that horrifying discovery, we checked further and found at least five more bed bugs in the same bed. Safe to say, we were completely grossed out and panicking.
