We had a wonderful experience at the Home2 Suites Newark Airport, largely thanks to Depesha at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was extremely helpful, kind, attentive, professional and welcoming. Depesha provides the kind of top-tier customer service that is hard to find nowadays. We would come back to this property just based off the exceptional customer service that we received from her. 10/10 service!
Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, even in front of other guests. One of the male front desk employees, whom I believe was a manager but was not wearing a name tag, raised his voice and spoke to me in a verbally aggressive manner. Both employees proceeded to go to the office to laugh out loud afterwards. I would not recommend this hotel, even if it were the only one available in the area. I will never return.
