Stayed here the day prior to our vacation and also the night we returned. Was nice to be able to leave the car right in the parking lot and to be transferred to and from the airport. Everyone was very friendly from the hotel staff to the transfer drivers. Room was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff minus the overnight woman who helped us when our floor started to take on water, weren't too nice... pool was nasty.. no parking at night.. rooms were not bad, but you can find better...weird location and nothing around it.. stay on the other side of the airport by the mall, much cleaner, safer and nicer with options.. we were compensated for the night where our kitchen floor just started taking on water..

Pros: Friendly staff, close to the airport, and free airport shuttle. I was traveling alone, and I felt safe the entire time. It is extremely close to NYC. Neutral: Breakfast-I felt like compared to other Home2Suites, this breakfast was pretty lackluster, unless you like mini breakfast sandwiches and the typical oatmeal and waffles. Fresh fruit was pretty nonexistent. Cons: My bathroom door was completely off the track and just propped up inside the door's pocket. I am not sure how this was not reported before I did. Would stay here again. Clean, comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly for us (other had mentioned staff wasn’t friend in their reviews). Only knock on this place: getting to it is a challenge. We took a Lyft because we didn’t want to wait for the shuttle and ended up having to help the driver figure out how to navigate this maze of roads. Return shuttle in the morning back to the terminal was awesome.

The staff here are extremely unprofessional. If you’re not on a business trip, expect to be treated poorly—no respect, not even a basic courtesy smile. Safety is also a huge concern: the glass shower door was loose and dangerous, especially with kids. We reported it politely, but no action was taken. Instead, we were told bluntly, “If you want to stay, stay. If not, leave.” On top of that, their airport shuttle service is very inconvenient—it only drops you at one terminal, forcing you to struggle to reach another if needed.... read more
