Muy buena experiencia! La ubicación está increíble cerca de timesquare El servicio del desayuno muy bueno, pero lo mejor fue la alegría, disposición y atención de Inocencia y SantaFe. El recepcionista fue muy amable durante toda la estancia.

Al nostro arrivo ci danno una camera con solo 1 letto matrimoniale quando noi abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone (2 adulti ed 1 ragazzino di 13 anni), si scusano per il disagio ma ci promettono che il giorno seguente ci daranno la camera corretta. Allora noi, con un buon spirito di adattamento, ci adeguiamo e per una notte dormiamo tutti e tre nel letto matrimoniale. 這是一家體驗極差的酒店。本來以為作為希爾頓旗下品牌，品質應該有基本保障，但實際入住後卻令人非常失望。 首先是空調問題。設備運作時噪音極大，尤其壓縮機啟動時，聲音猶如轟炸機般刺耳。幸好入住時間在3月底至4月初，天氣尚未炎熱，否則幾乎難以忍受。期間曾要求酒店處理，雖然有所改善，但仍然偏吵，只能勉強接受。唯一可取的是空氣品質尚可。 其次是電梯安排極為混亂。在繁忙時段，往往需要等候10至15分鐘才能下樓。即使在客滿情況下，電梯仍頻繁停站、開關門，嚴重影響效率。另外亦曾出現刷卡選樓層後，被分配的電梯長時間未到，甚至最終發現該電梯根本不前往所選樓層，整體體驗相當差。 房間隔音亦令人困擾。我所入住的房間正對電梯口，住客出入及交談聲音清晰可聞，嚴重影響休息。此外，隔壁房間關門時不僅聲響巨大，整個房間甚至會隨之震動，多次在清晨被驚醒。窗簾遮光效果亦不理想，清晨陽光直接照射至床頭，幾乎無法安睡。 至於早餐方面，選擇不多尚可接受，但現場製作窩夫的安排明顯欠佳。由於沒有數量限制，導致排隊效率極低。前方僅有兩人，卻因各自製作多份窩夫，需等候約15分鐘，最終不少住客選擇放棄排隊。雖然現場有提示用餐人數較多，但整體早餐體驗依然混亂，甚至令人感覺有如置身難民營般擁擠無序。 總... read more
