Realmente nos sorprendió gratamente el hotel, tanto las instalaciones como sus empleados. Tuvimos un excelente servicio en los horarios de desayuno (Ynocencia y Edison son grandes anfitriones) y al momento de cuidar nuestros equipajes o consultar por cualquier detalle de la ciudad; Jason fue muy amable. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para llegar facilmente a cualquier sitio. Y el desayuno incluido es de gran ayuda para aliviar el presupuesto de una familia. Definitivamente volveremos!
The elevator is so bad don’t go there
Ich war, zusammen mit meinen Kindern (20 und 17 Jahre), vom 07.08. bis 14.08.25 im Home2 Suites New York Times Square untergebracht. Wir hatten ein Studio-Zimmer, mit einem Queensize Bett, im zweiten Stockwerk. Meine Tochter (die leichteste von uns dreien) hat auf der Schlafcouch übernachtet. Wir können eigentlich nur positives von unserem Aufhalten in dem Hotel berichten: Das Zimmer war, für unsere Zwecke, mehr als ausreichend und vor allen Dingen war es absolut sauber! Hi there, great location, friendly staff, breakfast area and lifts busy in am. Tenzin was really helpful organising our bags after checkout and arranging transfer to JFK. Would definitely stay again. Rooms very modern and clean
Run away from this hotel! As a frequent Hilton user and Honors member, this is their worst! The Times Square location is the only thing going for them. After that it’s downhill. First, the parking price offered for guests is prohibitive at $80/day. We were able to get a valet parking for less than half that price just 2 1/2 blocks away. Secondly, the rooms are ok if you live in Lilliput or are a dwarf. We were offered a “suite” for a family of three with a queen bed and a “sofa bed”.
