We have stayed at a Home2Suite by Hilton in Miami, Florida. We were very disappointed in this property in Vanderbilt, TN. After checking in and seeing the room and it was not Accessible and the very low toilet. I literally had to use the door handle to get up. My husband went back to the front desk, he was told there were no accessibility rooms. The beds were lumpy, had to sleep in the middle, felt like you were going to fall out of the bed. I’m not totally dissatisfied with my stay. I probably wouldn’t book with them again though. Pros: - complimentary breakfast selection is pretty good and the food tastes alright - customer service of the receptionists is good - generally one of the cheaper hotels to book in the area since it’s not that close to downtown, but it’s still in a walkable location (about 30 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the gulch) Cons: - parking is not included with your stay and is pretty expensive, even for self parking.
