Great service. The room had everything we needed to include dishes and silverware. The breakfast was very good and provided different options. Hotel look and felt clean from front door entrance to hotel room. There was also plenty of towels available.
Was very nice and honestly a great deal only 20 min walk to the strip!
Clean, great location to attractions. VERY NICE hotel. Would recommend to others and will be staying here next trip.
I’m fairly new to Nashville so upon booking my stay, I didn’t realize how limited parking was in the downtown area. Lauren at the front desk truly went above and beyond for me and has been a true life saver. I booked here via 3rd party not realizing they had a daily parking rate of $45 which was a bit out of my budget. She was able to speak to her manager and assist me with my reservation last minute so I can stay somewhere else. Lauren as well as the manager Kimberly made that process as smooth as possible for me.
