Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Grabbed a room for the night after driving 11 hrs. Was never told it would be $40+ dollars park at the hotel. I was just told here are my keys for the room and garage. There is street parking. I would have parked there if I knew I was going to pay an extra $40+ for 8 hrs only. My daughter and I were in town earlier this week for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and stayed here and it was the PERFECT place for our overnight stay. The staff was delightful, Deidre was a gem chatting with me the day before we arrived to clarify how parking worked then helping us check in when we arrived, even letting us check in early so we had more time to get ready! Amazing hotel with amazing lobby. Had 2 pool tables with nothing missing and some other games. Gave free snacks and had an amazing breakfast. If something ran out they would restock it very fast. Had a great variety of breakfast options with like 4 different types of bagels. Yea and coffee station was always stocked. Had a pool with hot water and it was very clean.
