We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Naples I-75 Pine Ridge Road! But what truly made our experience exceptional was Tiarra. Amazing hotel! Everything was almost perfect. The only thing I would hope they would improve is the breakfast experience. They have great food, but it's very hard to use the self service food dispensers. The way they are setup many people, me included, would accidentally drop food on the ground. I would like to see them use easier to reach containers. Otherwise the whole experience was almost perfect.
No Stay credit really disappointing.
Nice clean rooms. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Very nice breakfast options.
