We had a long stay here and it was nice. A bit hard to get any house keeping though. It was also odd that our light randomly fell out of the shower on our first night but mantinance was quick at least. The breakfast varies, sometimes they were not quick to refill empty stuff and the juice was never right. I think the syrup was constantly running low. Parking was a pain some nights but over all I would go back again if I was in the area.
Clean, very roomy
I travel with my wife all over the country and we always stay at Hilton hotels, they are usually good but this time we had a bad experience at check-in. Alex assigned us the wrong room and we had to move around midnight, something super uncomfortable. He spoke to us in a bad way and acted as if we were the ones to blame for his mistake. Hotel is in a nice location, kitchen/dining staff were great. However, the front desk personnel left a lot to be desired. We stayed a week and were rarely greeted. Rules were not enforced as far as pool use went, it lasted till well after the 9:00pm shut off time. The noise was deafening even on the third floor. Front desk does not answer service calls. I love Home2Suites but this one: not so much.
